By buying a ticket for the festival, you agree to the following:
Tickets
Tickets are sold online and are valid only for the event date shown on your booking confirmation. Please bring your ticket (digital or printed) with you on the day. Please note under 16s must be accomanied by an adult.
Refunds
Under UK consumer law, online purchases normally include a 14-day cooling-off period. However, tickets for leisure events on specific dates are exempt from this rule.
This means tickets are non-refundable unless:

the event is cancelled, or
-
the event is significantly changed by the organiser.
If the festival is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Event Changes
We may need to make small changes to the event, timings, line-up, or activities if necessary. We'll always try to keep any changes to a minimum.
Safety & Behaviour
Please be respectful to other attendees, staff, volunteers, and performers. Anyone behaving dangerously, aggressively, or illegally may be asked to leave without a refund.
Personal Responsibility
Attendance is at your own risk. Please take care of your belongings and follow any safety instructions on site.
Weather
The festival will go ahead in most weather conditions unless it is unsafe to do so.
Accessibility Arrangements in the event site
The venue for ExFest is the Shoe Inn, including the car park and external beer garden.
There is step free access throughout the site with accessible toilets within the pub available via a ramp to the left of the front entrance.
The site is accessible to wheelchair users, but all users should be aware of the uneven ground and occasional root that may case a trip hazard in the garden area.
